Onsite attendance registration provides you with access to three evening receptions, including food and beverages, three breakfasts, a Friday afternoon snack, a registration gift, and option to register for cross-country skiing and Saturday dinner options.
Registrations or payments on or after January 7 will be charged an additional $40 late fee (members discounted to $20). Registrations after February 20 will be charged an additional $50 late fee.

Virtual Educational Attendance Pricing

Virtual education attendance provides you with audio/visual access to view the CME portion of the event live for credit. Recordings of the education will be made available to all registrants; however, only live concurrent attendance online or in-person can be recorded for credit hours.

All attendees, including those who choose to stay at the Shore Lodge, will have access to view online should they wish to do so from home, hotel, cabin, work, or vacation. However, those staying at the Shore Lodge must register for the onsite conference pricing since presumably you will be hanging out at the receptions and eating with us.
