This year’s event planning was impacted greatly by COVID-19 public and private gathering restrictions. The following actions took place: On November 13, 2020, all of Idaho was placed under stage 2 guidelines under the Governor's statewide order, allowing only gatherings of up to 10. On December 15, 2020, the ACMS board decided regardless of stages, we couldn't guarantee that gatherings of the size we needed would be allowed. The meeting was flipped to fully virtual. On February 2, 2021, the Governor set Idaho back to stage 3, allowing for gatherings of up to 50. However, the meeting will remain entirely virtual since hotel and conference hall reservations and catering arrangements were already rescinded.
Conversion to Virtual Only Conference As per our plan, all in-person registrations were automatically converted to virtual attendance pricing. CME is only recorded for LIVE verified attendance and not for watching recordings of education.
