EXHIBIT BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS Booth request reservations are made for and paid online, with the exception of our anchor sponsors. Online reservations may be made and held for 30 days. However, if payment is not made within 30 days your booth may be released if in demand. EXHIBIT RATES AND PAYMENTS Rates for exhibit space start at $599 depending on placement. Available booth space reserved after February 1 will be charged $75 extra. EXHIBIT SPACE Most tables are 4-foot long. Only those surrounding the food and #1,2,5,18, are 6-foot long. Tablecloths will be provided by ACMS but you may cover it with your own. Electrical cords must by furnished by the exhibitor and only on exterior booths. Displays on booths 19-26 must not exceed 5’ high from the floor and are shared 8’ tables (half each exhibitor). INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL OF EXHIBITS Exhibitors may start setting up at 3 PM on Thursday, February 20 and should complete their set up by 5:30 PM. Exhibitors should dismantle their booth after 9:00 PM on Friday, February 21. All exhibitor materials must be removed from the Pavilions by 11:00 PM on Friday. ACMS and Shore Lodge are not responsible for any exhibit materials left behind or improperly secured. CANCELLATION POLICY Should a situation beyond the control of ACMS arise to prevent the opening of the conference or exhibits, ACMS may not be held liable for any expenses except rental cost of the assigned exhibit space. No exhibit space cancellations will be honored or refunds made after January 20. EXHIBITOR STAFF Due to space limitations, only two representatives may staff your exhibit booth during the trade show. All exhibitor reps must wear a nametag while in the exhibit area.
