Booth request reservations are made for an paid online, with the exception of our anchor sponsors. All online reservations must be made by credit card OR after a check has been received by ACMS. We will no longer hold booths until payment arrives.
Exhibit Rates and Payments
Rates for exhibit space start at $575 depending on placement. No exhibit space cancellations will be honored or refunds made after February 1 and available booth space reserved after that date will be charged $75 extra.
Most tables are 4-foot long and #1,2,5,18, and those next to the food are 6-foot long. Tablecloths will be provided by ACMS unless you provide your own decorated covers. Electrical cords must by furnished by the exhibitor and only on exterior booths. Displays on booths 19-26 must not exceed 5’ high from the floor.
Installation and Removal of Exhibits
Exhibitors may start setting up at 3 PM on Thursday, February 21 and should complete their set up by 5:30 PM. Exhibitors should dismantle their booth after 9:00 PM on Friday, February 22. All exhibitor materials must be removed from the convention center by 11:00 PM on Friday. ACMS and Shore Lodge are not responsible for any exhibit materials left behind nor theft of any materials/equipment.
No exhibit space cancellations will be honored or refunds made after February 1. Should a situation beyond the control of ACMS arise to prevent the opening of the convention or exhibits, ACMS may not be held liable for any expenses except rental cost of the assigned exhibit space.
Due to space limitations, only two representatives may staff your exhibit booth during the trade show. All exhibitor reps must wear a name tag to while in the exhibit area. Exhibitors are asked to staff your booth and not just set it up and leave.
