COVID-19 Safety
For Registered Attendees
The Winter Clinics Committee maintains a commitment to the safety and health of our attendees while the COVID pandemic continues. Therefore, it has decided for the 2022 conference:
All Winter Clinics attendees, exhibitors, family members and guests over the age of two must wear a mask (preferably non-cloth) in the Shore Lodge educational areas, exhibitor hall, and other common areas utilized by the conference. Out of respect for others, utilization of masks in the hallways and theater is requested. If presenting or actively eating or drinking, masks may be removed, but for as short a time as necessary. KN95 masks are available at registration.
Please spread out from one another as best as possible, especially when eating. In addition to the exhibit hall, the lower pavilion is open for seating during meals/receptions, except to exhibitor reps.
Please self-monitor your own health, as well as that of your family members or guests. If you/they are experiencing symptoms commonly associated with COVID-19, be extra careful to remain masked and consider isolating in your room and getting tested.
Although all vendors and registered attendees have verified COVID vaccination, ACMS cannot guarantee the vaccination or health status of individuals, guests, or hotel staff. Participation in all Winter Clinics activities is at your own risk and judgment.
Above all, please put the greater needs of others ahead of your own and use common sense and courtesy.
Thanks to Crush the Curve Idaho for their donation of Kinsa thermometers.

We have a limited supply of COVID-19 rapid self-tests available for $10 each which can be purchased at registration or education room check-in.
Even if you pop a negative test but are symptomatic, consider isolating in your room for the sake of other guests. Text positive/negative results anonymously to ACMS Director @ 415-787-2267. Thank you to Primary Health Medical Group for supplying us with tests at cost. |
