November 13, 2020 This year’s event will be impacted greatly by COVID19 public and private gathering restrictions and it is unknown exactly what those will be at the end of February and how far in advance they will shift.
Currently the state has been set back to a modified Stage 2 Reopening Guidelines. This means unless the State or Valley County recovers back to stage 3 or better, we will be forced to hold the event entirely virtually. Although Shore Lodge may remain open for guests, and they could attend the meeting virtually from there, we will have no Winter Clinics activities there on site.
If we recover to stage 3 or 4, Shore Lodge has assured us that under these conditions, they will be able to host the event with accommodations and modifications to the usual plans. On-site registrations are limited and you may hold your place for being at the conference in person by registering that way. However, Should public health guidelines and orders remain so that we cannot meet in person, the event will be completely online and partial or full-refunds will be processed accordingly.

Online Watch Party Locations
We are currently exploring the potential of sites in Ada and possibly Canyon County for hosting groups of 10 of less attendees to watch the event together. This would allow you to stay in the Treasure Valley, avoid the crowds and winter travel, but still enjoy the camraderie and benefit of learning with colleagues. Breakfast would be provided each morning and each watch party site would host a small Friday evening reception. This opportunity would require an enhanced registration cost TBD over and above the regular price. Please indicate your non-committal interest in learning more about this when you register for virtual attendance or fill out this form.
