SW Idaho’s Longest Running CME Retreat and Exhibitor Favorite
Ada County Medical Society is happy to bring its 63rd Annual Winter Clinics back live and in-person to the Shore Lodge in McCall. Exhibitor space will be more limited than in previous years with 16 tables plus 7 sponsors. We are confident we will be able to hold a safe education event that allows you to interact with our local physicians.
All Exhibitor Tables: $900 Each
All exhibitors will receive:
· A 4' table during meals, breaks & receptions on Thursday and Friday for face time with on-site attendees.
· Exhibitor Hours: Thursday evening 6-8 PM, Friday morning 6:30-8:30 AM, Friday Afternoon, 3-4 PM & Friday evening, 7-8:30 PM
· Web-based exhibitor booth will be available for online attendee: description of products or services, introductory video embed, Materials downloadable from portal, and representative contact listing.
· Listing on conference program
· Registered attendees list, including email addresses, unless an ineligible company as defined by ACCME.
· Opportunity to donate items for Friday evening raffle, unless otherwise restricted by Sunshine Laws or other regulations.
